With KnowBe4’s massive database, we analyzed over 11.9 million users over the course of at least 12 months, and our 2024 research continues to uncover alarming results. The overall industry initial Phishprone Percentage benchmark increased to 34.3%, up one full point from 2023.

Fortunately, the data showed that this 34.3% can be brought down to 18.9% within 90 days after deploying new-school security awareness training. The one-year results show that by following these best practices, the final Phish-prone Percentage can be minimized to 4.6% on average.
